Recebi um erro ao tentar iniciar o OMS.

Connection to the repository failed. Verify that the repository connection information provided is correct.A senha do SYSMAN foi alterada diretamente no banco de dados, ao invés de ser alterada da forma correta através do emctl.

Restart all the OMSs using 'emctl stop oms -all' and 'emctl start oms'.
Successfully changed repository password.Após a alteração, paramos o serviço (caso estivesse no ar, o que não era meu caso) e iniciamos o serviço novamente.
